2022 was an intense year full of challenges and successes for Humanilog. The war in Ukraine in particular had a major impact on our work: together with partner organizations, we organized nine transports of relief supplies to help people in Ukraine and refugees at the EU’s external borders.
We were also able to make a big difference in other regions: In Togo, we worked with Child Care Africa e.V. to support a school with two sea freight shipments full of clothing and school equipment. In Nigeria, we organized the transport of a container with building materials and an excavator for an NGO – a particular logistical challenge. The transport helped to drive forward the construction of a local school and promote education in the long term.
2022 was also a year for cultural projects: We transported paintings safely to an exhibition in Denver, USA, for the Hamburg artists Low Bros.
We were also able to make a big difference in 2022 – for education, culture and humanitarian aid. A big thank you to everyone who supported us! We look forward to 2023 and new joint projects.
